In each box is 3 individually wrapped bars in paper. Each bar is 3 squares, bc sometimes you need a square (or more) While I like the Eco-friendly version of paper wrapped, may affect freshness. Same thing happened with toffee squares. Some bits were crumbly & discolored. These almond butter filled bites are good enough for anyone regardless of diet.
