I would cut the piece I need, put in a glass jar and add the oil. I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful **Q: Where is the flannel made?** A: That's a good question. Unfortunately I discarded the packaging long ago. Zooming in, none of the package labels say where, just that it is "Carefully manufactured for American Health, Inc." That is suspicious enough on its own. I looked on the HomeHealthUS.com website and the flannel is not even listed. I suggest you contact the vendor. **Q: Can you wash this after use?** A: If you are using it for castor oil pack, it might be difficult to wash off.
