Review: A must for running - I have the two water bags with just the bite nozzle and LOVE THEM! I’ve had them for over a year now and I use them on all my long runs. No leaking, easy to drink from and I can squeeze them into my vest pockets. Since I have the two I use one for just water and the other of Electrolytes. They’re perfect. Added plus - they’re easy to squirt water to give my dog when he runs with me lol he loves them too!

I use them on all my long rungs during summer marathon training and they've held up well. You do have to make sure to wash them and let them dry properly. Specially if you are loading them up with drink mixes. Amazing value for the price.

A: Probably not. This bottle is completely collapsible, and when the water level gets low, the straws cause the bottle to sag.

A: No. The 250ml and 500ml did not come with the straw.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good bottles, slow flow when drinking

These soft folding water bottles worked really well for an endurance obstacle course race I just competed in. I used them while competing for about 7 hours. They did solid overall. They were easily fillable and worked well in my hydration vest. The only issue I had with them is the bit valve to drink the fluids inside of them was very tough and didn't allow a very strong flow when trying to drink. This resulted in me removing the lid to drink faster/more than what I could get from sucking. Knowing this, I'd still recommend these and for people looking for a reasonably priced soft folding water bottle option.
