Didn't fit them well at all but still managed to apply them. But I learned how to fit them. You have to slightly stretch them across your teeth, allign on the gum line, apply pressure in 2 or 3 places for a few seconds them fold the remaining strip over your teeth and press again. This makes them contact properly and stay in place.Having them in your mouth is slightly uncomfortable but ok. You can taste a bit of an aniseed type flavour and over the 45 mins I've been using them for you end up with a mouth full of spit. Not terrible but not exactly nice either.Removing them isn't great either. I've been wiping with a paper towel and then rinsing. At point you remove them it's all a sticky mess so not overly nice.So far they haven't caused any inflammation or soreness.Price wise, at time of review they had vouchers and discounts making them quite cheap at around £9.
