The cable is about 8 feet long **Q: Will this work with the 2016 specialized stumpy, with the command post ircc?** A: As far as I know all dropper posts use cables with shifter cable nipples and most just use a standard 1.2 mm shifter cable. Jagwire uses a thinner, more flexible, .8 mm cable with a shifter nipple so it should work with any dropper post. However, while the housing in the kit is long enough it should work with just about any bike, and you’ll probably have to cut some off like I did, the cable it came with wasn’t long enough for my bike, so I bought a shifter cable from my LBS. Disappointing the kit came with a fairly short cable, don’t understand that at all.
