Once I received the product any fears I had about ordering were relieved. It's solidly made and does what it's supposed to do. As I went back to write this review. I re read the original comment. Maybe it's me but it's a little weird that the reviewer didn't actually purchase the product. Their writing a review based on hearsay from a friend that purchased the product (doesn't even appear that the commenter has even seen the product)...if the friend purchased the product, then why didn't the friend write the review?? Again weird. I'm all for writing an honest review, especially to warn others about a bad product, but this one appears a little suspect. The metal is sturdy and of good quality, and true to dimensions. I easily installed it myself in my kitchen barn door. So we were unable to use them. Then we couldn't return them because the time allowance had passed.
