Over three years of semi-regular use (and occasional abuse) it's taken on all we can throw at it. And when one of the components showed a little too much wear ... wait for it ... they wouldn't let me buy a replacement part. They sent it to me no questions asked. I tried to pay for it. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY.It's a solid product. More important, they stand behind it.
