A: Citrulline has been used as a pre and post workout supplement. It has been shown to reduce lactic buildup. Be careful if you have kidney disease, as citrulline can be harmful in such situations.

A: I don’t know what brands you are comparing.  I have been very pleased with the Nutricost products and they are my first choice.  The L-Glutamine powder seems to be working well for me I can a difference when I stop taking it.  I hope this helps.

I tried a ton of supplements for my leaky gut and constant stomach upset with nothing helping. Then I started taking this daily and had a reversal of symptoms. Your stomach lining is built from glutamine. You can get it by eating a lot of beef or red cabbage but this is easier. It tastes mostly like nothing at all, mixes easily in liquid. Take one scoop in a glass of juice or whatever you want daily, and after a week or two see how you feel. If your problem is diminished stomach lining and your body is just missing the building blocks to repair the damage, this will give your body what it needs. Glutamine is common as dirt so buy in bulk and don't overpay. No point in pills because powder is cheap and mixes easily and tastes like nothing.
