I spent hours just trying to buff out the grout in the shower pan and then a friend suggested this. It make quick work and was easy to attached to my drill. I am sure it will work great because I have the smaller 4 inch version and wanted a bigger one to shorten the work load or larger coverage area. These things with a drill shorten the work load and effort of scrubbing and or cleaning anything household and beyond.

**Q: Will these scratch ceramic shower tile**
A: Probably not, I use mine on a fiberglass shower with no scratching

**Q: What are the threads on the backing pad, i.e. on the drill attachment that you screw into the backing pad, 5/8'11, M-14, or, --- ??**
A: It fits in the chuck like a drill bit,it holds the cleanning pas

**Q: What is the thickness of the Scrub Pad?**
A: The green pads are a little bit thicker and stiffer than red ones. The thickness of green scrub pads is 0.6" (15mm), while the red one is 0.4" (10mm). They are thick enough for good scrubbing:)

**Q: Why does the product description say, "note:  1. make sure the brush is rotating clockwise when in use."   what difference does it make???**
A: The metal shaft is screwed clockwise in the attachment, so when the brush is rotating clockwise, the metal shaft will stay firmly on the attachment. If the brush is rotating anti clockwise when in use, the metal shaft may become a bit loose from the attachment, and you probably need to screw it back in. Hope that helps:)

Haven't used it, but I love the larger size of this 5 inched product. It is more like 6 inches, which is great. I am sure it will work great because I have the smaller 4 inch version and wanted a bigger one to shorten the work load or larger coverage area. These things with a drill shorten the work load and effort of scrubbing and or cleaning anything household and beyond.
