It runs on a battery which is great because I don’t have to worry about the power going out and missing my “get up time”. I have had this clock now for over a year and I haven’t had to do a battery change. It keeps great time. The clock also has a little light in it that is just perfect for checking at 3:00 am when I inevitably wake up. It’s bright enough to see the time without blinding myself. Last week I needed to make a phone call very early in the morning. Unfortunately, I had been awake from 3 to 4 am and I wanted to lean back in my recliner so I grabbed my little alarm clock and took it with me to the recliner so that I wouldn’t miss my call. It was so convenient because I didn’t have to unplug anything. The alarm off/on switch seemed a little flimsy when I purchased the clock, but as it turns out it has been working great without any problems. It has been quite durable and is still like brand new. I am surprised it is this nice for what I paid for it. The alarm is very easy to set. There is a knob that twists and you can change the time forward or backwards, which is great since our state observes Daylight Savings Time. It is lightweight, well balanced and in my opinion a great price. The alarm tone is also pleasant.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not the most visible face, but overall looks nice

I actually like this clock a lot. I’m using for a novice space that is dimly lite. Unfortunately the light on it has to be held like a button it won’t just glow or stay on. So it required a lot of finessing to ankle the clock just right, so I can see it. I like the clock enough though to try and make it work despite it not fully serving my intended purpose in the color, matches the aesthetic nicely. It does say that it’s supposed to be soundless, but there is a very slight ticking sound but pretty hard to notice.
