It seemed that a lot of people on the reviews did not realize this was a retrofit kit. Installation was fairly easy, using a sawzall to cut the opening. The area to cut is already molded so there’s no gas work and where your cuts need to be. The edges can be cleaned up with a razor blade. The hardest part was cleaning the evaporator while it was inside the vehicle. Achieve this using air nozzle with an extended end. You can see the before and after pictures. The filter is made to be bent to install into the opening, and then it recoils back to its original shape. Overall, this was a very good purchase.
