I added one of the supplied rubber washers to compensate for the gap. But it still leaked. I then realised that with my tap, it fouled tightening lugs of the inlet connector. I trimmed these off and was then able to tighten fully.Programming was really easy. I bought this as it had two outlets and I wanted to replace two aging timers from another brand. I have not bought this make before, and I was quite sceptical. However, this is solidly built. Inserted a couple of batteries and quickly had it up and running for testing. Unlike my previous versions, this one does not make a lot of noise when switching on the water.
