For 75 Cu.ft oven, you need about 9000W heating elements in total. Every cu.ft. needs about 100-150W power from the heating element. For your case, yes, you need to add 3rd 3000W heating element or so. This kit (KIT-PCO-LF) is good up to 7200W heating elements, which is good for about 60 cu.ft. oven. For oven over 60 cu.ft., please check our 12000W kits (part#: KIT-PCO2 or KIT-PCO2-LF). **Q: Is there a heating element that you recommend? As far as instructions for assembly they had 2 seperate Manuel's and very minimal instructions. Basically looking back and forth at pictures to see if I had certain parts, wires etc the right way. I was missing all but 1 on/off sticker label.
