I take diphenhydramine hydrachloride (brand names are Simply Sleep & Benadryl - it's a sedating antihistamine) when I travel because it's cheap and easy to find, but prefer natural methods when I'm at home. This is mineral based, and I get good and sleepy within an hour and doze blissfully at night. I like the clean ingredients, and yes it's pricey, but worth it for a good night's sleep with no morning brain fog!

Also work on relaxing your mind as best you can. You will think you are wide awake, but you aren’t. There are still times I can’t sleep quickly due to caffeine intake or heavy exercise etc. but this product works still on deep quality sleep once I fall asleep. Love this product
