Review: One of the best things I've bought recently - Before I pick a cube tray, I made some search and was confused what to pick. However, this one stands out due to being silicone (not plastic), having lids, and decently priced given it is a set of 2. I bought green one and its color is perfect. I am highly surprised how it is easy to take off ice from the tray. It is so so easy, just pushing from below easily slides each ice cube. I think it has a great design and function. I had no residue problem as some other people mentioned, and I think it is very important to hand wash without soap. I washed the cube tray with water multiple times initially (even it looked completely clean and brand new), and I think it is how you should proceed. I have no weird/silicone/plastic taste from ice cubes or anything unusual. The only down side is the ice will occur in a longer period (sometimes in 24 hours) and this is normal for silicone, it takes more time to get ice in silicone trays in general. However, this is actually a positive side because the ice becomes more clear and visually more satisfying given slow icing process. In short, typically i do not write this much long reviews but I loved this product.

**Q: Can you pop all of the cubes out at once (like into a bin? Fairly easy release? Ice cubes stay intact & don't shatter/crumble when releasing? Thanks!**
A: No you don’t pop them out at once, however, they pop out so easily and you don’t have to strain and struggle to pop them out. Just fill them almost to the top but not over. But if they freeze and are connected, just flex and bend the ice tray and they’ll break apart. Then flip over and pop them out one at a time. Sounds long but takes just seconds of your time. I think the first answer was biased and misleading. These are the best ice trays I’ve ever used. I’m waiting for my new fridge to come in but manufacturing has slowed the supply chain down so I’ve had to use my old fridge with no ice maker for the first time in my life. And these have been such a great help. Both in cocktails and for drinking water with dinner. I’m getting these for my grandmother who still uses ice trays and fights to get them out. And my brother in law who is a bartender is getting these to use to make cocktails at home. I highly recommend.

**Q: Any idea how many fl.oz per cube??**
A: Exactly, one fluid ounce per cube.

**Q: What are the lids made out of please?**
A: The lids are a clear plastic very helpful to not Spill.

**Q: Do the lids snap on tightly?**
A: Not exactly.  There is not a snapping sound. Maybe because the trays are made of flexible silicone. However the lid does curve under and around the lip of the tray. Maybe not an air tight seal, but they are very well covered.  The cubes don’t seem to be absorbing any odors.  I love these trays. I use them to make coffee ice cubes for my smoothies.  Hope that helps!

Three rows of ice that are easy to release from the tray. Just twist the tray and press the bottom of each square with a thumb to release. The whole process for 4 trays to release in my ice bin and refill the trays was 11 minutes! Put the trays on a counter top to use the lids—more stable that way.
