These resistance bands have been great for adding adjustable resistance to workouts. I like that there is a wide range of tension available, which makes them useful for different movements and different strength levels. That adjustability is what stands out most to me, because it makes the set more versatile than having only one or two bands. I am starting to workout at home. PT recommended that i buy some resistance bands to help as a starting base to working out and losing weight. I chose these bands because they were affordable and come in different colors for the different resistance weights. This gives great versatility when working out.. The thicker bands give a stronger resistance, and the smaller bands giver less. Just slip the one end to a door frame and you can easily attach the bands and workout from any door.
