Heavy Duty mayo has more egg yolks and less water making it stand up longer. We have been ordering this from Amazon for about 3 years. The only problem was that the last one we received was very poorly packaged allowing it to roll around in the box. It arrived with the lid loose and mayo spread all over the inside of the box.
