I didn't realize that the base could also be punctured. Seems like it would take a lot more force than I have. **Q: can this be used for pressing grommets?** A: No. It is a hole cutting tool fo leather. When you try to squeeze anything harder then leather the tool starts to bend. **Q: Why can't I turn the wheel? I returned one already,thought it was defective. The second one has the same issue.** A: I thought the same in the beginning but is very easy to turn the wheel. I never imagined how much nicer it could be to do a small stack, instead. It saved a lot of time when I was punching through a few thousand pages. It seems to be pretty heavy duty, and the price was good.
