You have to take 3 pills per servings. The bottles I bought have 180 pills in them. I hope this helps. **Q: Does this product contain soy?** A: To the seller: it would be SO helpful (for those of us who don't want this or that in our supplements) if on the bottle you would include NO: soy, etc. This bottle says nothing about soy that I could find, anyway.
