I used 560 ohm resistors and the screen is now working fine. Review: They simply don't work. - You can't even get simple words to display on these screens. I originally bought these to display the digital eyes, but they just display a white screen. I even bought three just in case one was defective. I even tried these on multiple different boards with no luck. Don't waste your money and most importantly, your time.
