How To Use: 1. Open the foaming soap dispenser and pour the liquid into the bottle. 2. According to the liquid's own situation, the water is proportional to 1:3~5. 3. Tighten the cap and gently shake the liquid to create a rich bubble. 4. Remove the plastic ring buckle and press the pump head. Note: 1. The injection must be a liquid solution, not a particulate matter, powder. 2. When refilling different liquids, clean them to avoid mixing liquids. These are very lightweight and the soap is super foamy when it comes out, I love how it dispenses and the amount is prefect. The top screws on tightly and there is no leaking of product! It looks more expensive than it is and i prefer to use this over the bottle my soap is purchased in! Works well, looks nice, very affordable, it’s a big win for me! Would absolutely recommend!

I read these reviews obsessively before purchasing and I don't know how you use a foaming soap dispenser incorrectly but mine work wonderfully.
