Once opened, you CANNOT return these. I was hoping these would be a more subtle option to the pink sweatbands I’ve been wearing. Trying to put them on yourself, and tighten them isn’t a piece of cake, but it’s doable. They’re not the most comfortable, but the biggest issue is the sizing. If you are in between notches you are SOL. Any tighter and it was pinching and painful, but as is they move around and skip over my tendon and fall to the side. Maybe I just have small wrists and slippery tendons but these are completely ineffective and therefore useless to me.
