It is very easy to prepare. just mix with hot water and allow to set. it sets very quickly in just over an hour. but i preferred to let it chill in a refrigerator. It does not leave an after taste in the mouth. i would recommend this as a gelatin free and especially for diabetics. GREAT PRODUCT, BUT MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SHORT EXPIRY DAYE THAT WAS SUPPLIED.
