The main compartment is large enough to effectively replace a carry-on, making it easy to get through a week of travel with just this backpack. It has the look and layout of an OGIO-style laptop bag, but it doesn’t quite match the same level of durability. It’s close, but I’d recommend it for someone who handles their gear with care. A: This does not have the laptop touch the bottom. The bottom is also a bit layered so I think it would be fine.

A: You would need an external battery inside (the main compartment on the top) and connect it. Then, you can use your phone’s cable to connect it from the outside.

This backpack holds more than you expect it to. I use it a lot and it is comfortable to wear. It's very sturdy, made well and worth the price. My laptop fits perfectly in the computer pocket. I like that it's near the back so it is very stable. And carrying the heavy load on my back going up a flight of stairs is doable. The elevator was broken for 2 months.... There is no second guessing with this bag. It's a good one.
