### ⭐⭐ Why is it spicy?!

We buy bresaola every few months and enjoy the dry, somewhat sweet beefy taste of it. This time we decided to try a new brand. This bresaola is beyond dry - and spicy! It's as if we just purchased 2 pounds of solid beef jerky for $99. It has a distinctly spicy (and slightly rancid) taste. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will go back to our regular brand after this.
