This mirror set does not rely on clamps that must go around the roll cage/A-pillar. These bolt directly to the A-pillar. OEM/stock bolts (two on each side) are removed and replaced with bolts furnished with the mirrors. They do not interfere with the door opening and are vibration free. Installation is pretty straight forward, however it was a bitch trying to reinstall the nuts on the bolts (my RMAX2 is set up for full hard doors and space on the inside of the A-pillar is very limited at best). If you have ample access to the nuts on the inside of the A-pillar, you can probably install both mirrors in 10 minutes.
