Review: It really does kill Gnats exceptionally well. - It really does kill Gnats. I didn't realize how many I had ! It does leave oily residue. That is a down side. But I'm using around house and porches. Nothing has worked better!
Review: Works better for gnats than other products (including other Raid products) - I'm happy with this product. I thought my other product was working well, and I was getting flies from my neighbor below me. Turns out, the spray would just knock out gnats (kill flies) and they'd re-emerge, all the while I was thinking they were just a new set of small flies (oops). This smells nice and appears to be safer than many other products. The oil does STAY on the surface you spray it on, and if used in the ceiling it eventually forms into a larger drop to wipe off.

A: I've been spraying near my plants & so far they seem ok

**Q: How well does this work on flies?**
A: It doesn't work well on any flying insects unless you you drown them in it & it leaves behind a very slippery residue

**Q: For gnats, do you spray the air around your chairs first before sitting on the deck or patio?**
A: I spray the specific spot where I know the gnats come from..but spraying the air would probably help
