Minus 2 degrees. It kept me very comfortable. I was wearing 4 layers up top and two on my legs, but the good thing was I had plenty of room and never felt constricted. I am 6'1" and 220. This bag is plenty big. Too heavy and bulky for anything but car camping or short backpacking trips.
