Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didn't work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. It's well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should.
