These papers are about 79mm or 3 inches. A king size cigarette is 3 1/4 inches. These will roll a smoke 3 inches long. The 1 1/4, 1 1/2 etc. is the DEPTH of the paper, i.e. how many wraps around the cigarette it will make or how large a diameter of a cigarette you can roll.
