It was always rushed meals and just had very little time to cook and have a proper meal. I used ON before but came across this clean clean gainer. It's more expensive but I don't mind it for what I'm getting, only 3 ingredients, you can't beat that! I got the unflavored version (least amount of sugar). I only do 1 serving/day but break it into morning and night. I make sure I have 3 meals + a late afternoon snack so I never feel hungry. Today is 2 weeks taking this and I've gained 8.6 lbs (not sure why I still have maybe 3 servings left when it's my 14th day and packaging says it only contains 11 servigings).
