The taste is really good (not chalky like a lot of others), and it mixes smooth with just water or milk — no clumps. It’s easy on the stomach too, which is a big plus. I noticed it helps with recovery after workouts and keeps my energy up. The isolate formula feels clean and not heavy, so it’s perfect if you’re trying to build muscle without feeling bloated. Overall, definitely worth it if you want a good quality protein that actually tastes good and does the job.

The strawberry is just a little more pleasant mixing them with straight water. The chocolate with water has a small amount of that familiar "whey protein" taste but it still very doable. Drink it with milk and I swear it is like you are drinking a strawberry or chocolate shake. No digestion issues, doesn't feel "heavy" and almost ZERO carbs. I will be trying the vanilla soon. 5 STARS for Animal they got this RIGHT!!
