The outer diameter of my feed pipe measures approximately 20 mm. Will this fit?** A: Yes, it will. British Standard Pipe (BSP) is the standard in plumbing and pipefitting in the UK. The standard thread size for shower connections is ½ inch BSP (also known as G1/2) to which our rain shower head fits without any issues **Q: how do you remove the plastic stopper from the connector accessory?** A: The plastic stopper is simply screwed in. Hold it and turn it counter clockwise and it will come off **Q: What is the flow rate of this shower head please?** A: The flow rate will depend on your water pressure and if you have an electric shower it would depend on how cold the water is. When you switch your shower between hot and cold it just regulates how fast the water flows past the element. In the summer the water coming into your house is warm so the control doesn’t need to be so high and the water runs through quicker so is more powerful than it will be in the winter when the control needs to be higher. **Q: Does it work with an elecrtic shower?** A: It’s not impossible but not sure it would look very good - you would need to run a fixed pipe up the wall from the shower and out from the wall for this to connect to and unless you have decent pressure from your electric shower it would not be very effective. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 March 2025* Very pleased with this shower head. Feels expensive and looks expensive. Comes with additional 'nipples' where the water is released in case of broken or blocked ones. The fitment is perfect, and comes with a supplied spanner to tighten to the feeder pipe. There was even a good length roll of plumbers tape as well which was a nice touch. Works perfectly, has give my shower a clean look and said nipples don't look like they will clog and will be easily cleaned if they do. We have a water pump to help with the pressure upstairs in our house and if the water passes too slow out of the shower head, the pump fails to turn on. This allows the water to flow out fine, which our old head had failed to to do, even after a good clean. The materials used on this are a metal and not a chrome coated plastic which other manufacturers supply. For the price, I am very pleased. Need a decent overhead shower fitting?
