Crimped, soldered or something else?** A: Hi, they're soldered, the ends are connected to banana plug and heat shrink wrapped to ensure strengthen the connection **Q: Are the ends soldered?** A: I can't be 100% sure since the bananas have heatshrink on them. I cant see any dimples were a set screw would be so my guess is they are soldered - it's also too smooth to be crimped.
