I'm a novice *by 6***A on August 29, 2017* This mold works great! I'm a novice, weekend warrior and found the mold to be easy to use and delivers wonderful results. I'm using it to make a bench top for a fire ring in my backyard. I used 60lb redimix and threw in an extra scoop of Portland cement. Mixed it in a wheelbarrow then transfer some to a bucket to carry to my mold. Poured in, tamped with my trowel and used an old 1/3 sheet electric sander to get the air bubbles out. I kept it moist for a day ( just misted it once an hour).
