The always change them just a little bit. The pattern on this one has been the best for scrubbing off stuck on food, but this one has not been as durable as some previous versions. I was able to use the older ones for a couple months before they got a hole in them. There were holes in these after just 1 month. It also washes and dries well. I just wash it with dish soap and warm water after every use; this way it is always clean and ready to be used. Cheeses and eggs does not stick to it as much as regular sponge.
