It's solid and easy to adjust, the seat pad is really cushioning & I'm really pleased with it. It's certainly not the cheapest sit/stand stool available, but with it I think. The only extra thing is that I'd suggest you don't reply on it as your only desk seat if you're not used to it! They're good, but not terribly comfortable.
