In comfort, feel of sturdy material, layout design, and useful areas, my opinion is the Kroser is a superior work bag than the Victorinox brand Architecture Urban model I was using. The Victorinox main compartment zipper had broken. The in-person repair shop I took it to told me they were only a “Level 1”, and that I had to mail the bag to Colorado (and pay myself for shipping it both ways), the shop in Colorado would contact me on how much it would cost me to repair, that’s their “Lifetime Warranty”?? So instead, I asked Grok AI for replacement suggestions, and I got the Kroser. I am genuinely happy with this work bag, it’s better than what I had. I wasn’t asked to give a review and I didn’t get the Kroser for free. This is just a really great work bag that I have to use almost every day, and I hope this helps someone who has to tote around a laptop and a lot of other things.
