I even attempted to eat them with that "shiny side" still intact. It's plastic! It is not edible. I have ruined 3 of the 6 trying to get the wrap from the plastic. Either the sellers explain how this is done, send me replacement package or please refund my money. I am having the same problem with the tomato flavor I bought also but I did successfully pull one wrap and was able to eat it & it was really good but the other 2 just ripped to pieces. I bought some other wraps from other companies and I'm not having this problem. Only from NewGem Foods. They have a great product (I think)if you can get it from packaging in one usable sheet. Otherwise, please refund me.
