I’m very happy with this heated eye mask. It’s comfortable and soothing (great for my dry eye and meibomian glands). It does a great job providing gentle warmth and relaxation. I would definitely recommend. The control switch is easy to use. You can set the desired time and level of heat and it shuts off automatically when the time is up. Comes with a year warranty. My control switch stopped working after 10 months. I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new which I received within 3 days. It’s nice to know that a company stands behind its product and takes care of their customers. I was very impressed with how helpful and fast they responded. I’m very happy with my experience. I give this a 5 star even though the control switch stopped working after 10 months. I love the eye mask and customer service handled the problem efficiently. Debbie L. The removeable cover is washable, but I don't think you can safely deconstruct the mask itself and wash that cover. **Q: Does this mask use infared heat? if not, what type of heat makes it moist and does a sprayer come with it?** A: It's not moist heat. It's like a hearing pad for your eyes. It's dry heat, and the best thing I've done for my eyes period. My dry eye condition was so bad I had special serum eye drops, several types of medication, and I still couldn't open one eye. With this mask I was able to do away with the air, get rid of the serum drops, and be pain free. The mask is remarkable! **Q: Travel plug outside United States. Can I use this outside US & plug it?** A: I used mine in Italy with the proper plugs for Europe. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great eye mask and excellent customer service. *by D***O on September 5, 2026* Great eye mask and excellent customer service. I have worn out two of them. They are very easy to use, comfortable, adjustable for size and heat temperature. I had a problem with one of the masks, and upon contacting Wizard Research Customer Service, they immediately sent me a new one. I highly recommend this product for relief of dry eye. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft, comfortable, effective heated eye mask *by J***H on August 10, 2026* I ordered this heated eye mask at the suggestion of my eye dr to help with styes. It is very convenient and can come anywhere with me since it is electric (I used to have to heat up a sock filled with rice in the microwave so this is MUCH more travel friendly!). I love the timer function (can be set for 8 or 10 minute increments) and that you can choose the heat level to suit what’s comfortable for you. It comes in a nice sturdy box for storing the mask when not in use and has a cover for it that can be hand washed to keep it clean and sanitary. Overall the mask is very comfortable and soft and has an adjustable elastic headband for the perfect fit. The only one tiny thing I noticed with mine which knocked it down to 4 stars is that the left side of my mask feels like it gets hotter than the right side but just slightly (that could also just be me). I’ve been using this product for just about a month and I would recommend it and would buy it again! ## Frequently Bought Together - WIZARD RESEARCH - ELECTRIC HEATED DRY EYE MASK - WARM EYE COMPRESS - GUARANTEED RELIEF FOR YOUR IRRITATED, GRITTY, PUFFY, COMPUTER STRAINED, ITCHY EYES & STYES.
