**Q: How do you get away with calling this Monkfruit when the first incredient is Erythritol? I don't know how this is legal.**
A: Hello, thank you for your question. It's important to note that Monk Fruit is 300x sweeter than sugar and is extremely sweet. Although Erythritol is the first ingredient (erythritol is 70% of the sweetness of sugar), the majority of the sweet flavor you are tasting comes from monk fruit. When the two ingredients are combined, it creates a well-balanced, 0 sugar, 0 calorie sugar substitute that can be used to sweeten coffees, teas, foods, and beverages.
