Not sure if you know but the person using the software that is included in the Philips LFH9600 can set their system up to automatically email you the audio files as well. We would be happy to answer any further questions at (800) 644-9525, ext. 109. **Q: I switched the footpedal to a different computer but cant find the software - what now?** A: when I first purchased the pedal and software I installed it on my computer and for some reason had to uninstall and reinstall it. when I did that it showed on their system as a duplicate install (or running two copies of their software with only one licence) and it shut it down so I could not open it after like a 30 day trial period. it took me a long time to find a number to call them and they were based in Europe so after many left messages and finally a phone call, I still couldn't resolve the problem and finally bought and used software called Express Scribe by NCH Software that seemed to work pretty well. I was disappointed I couldn't use the software I purchased from Philips, but after a couple of months it wasn't worth the hassle. I hope you have better luck, but you probably need to re-install the software on the new computer.
