Simply install purchase and install two 9 volt batteries clip the black wire to a ground and the red wire to the stripped end of a bear electrical wire you are tracing and set the switch to tone then push the button on the chasing one and the closer you get to the electrical wire you are tracing the louder the tone will sound.
