## Questions & Answers

**Q: if I bought the 6 pack can you have the 6 all different colours?  Do they dim and subtly change colours automatically?**
A: Yes, you can have each lights in 16 static light colors as shown in product detail pages, and 4 dynamic lights as shown in below video. You can dim them from 100% to 70% or 30% using the remote. You can use them separately or in group. Thanks for your support.

**Q: Can they be used in the Bathroom?**
A: I can't see why not.   I have one one the wall next to the microwave, I use it to see the dial to set the timer.  There is often steam on the opening door, it is still working fine.

**Q: Why do these light switch themselves on randomly. I turn them off using remote, but they switch back on again without any reason.**
A: That’s a mystery, wonder if the timer has been pressed in error. Maybe turn them off the by pressing the front of each lamp, turn them back on to your preferred setting then after completion, turn them off using the remote and hopefully they will function properly. Good luck.

**Q: Why arnt mine turning on?**
A: Have you put batteries in each light? Have you pulled the plastic tab from hand control? If yes ,then you have a faulty product.
