Sony recommends that you specifically purchase their products, which can be expensive and a hassle. However, I quickly realized that I would need more GBs to outlast my eventful day. I ran out of memory on an outing to the botanic garden and museum. I had to use my phone to capture the rest of the footage. Not cool! However, I purchased a non-Sony brand memory card with more GB memory and the camera has no problems writing/ using it. I'm now using a Lexar memory stick pro duo and all is well!
