Review: Love these! - Bought for myself and a few as gifts. Just the right amount of weight to add a little extra work to your daily routine.
Review: Wonder Woman Energy - I LOVE these! At first, I was a little surprised by the width - but it is a quick adjustment, and before you know it, you feel "lost" without them when walking or hiking. I bought these on hikes as just another little "something" to get that heart rate up. I ordered the silver glitter color - they look just like the photo. You can adjust the fit due to the velcro backing - I ordered the one lb., and they are the perfect weight for my workout needs.
