Review: One of the best wellness investments I’ve ever made!!! - I’ve been using this mat since February and have since talked my friends into splurging on one too! We are all obsessed! I’ve gotten rid of my other heating pads for pain since they just don’t seem to sooth as well as this one does, plus I’m totally woo woo and really believe there is something to grounding yourself on a bed of crystals! I cant even really explain it, it’s just different and you have to try it for yourself to really understand how healing this mat is— inside and out. It has been one of the best reliefs for my sciatica and I also use it when I meditate! I am an esthetician and there is a lot of leaning over in my work, so even when my sciatica is flaring up I totally rely on this mat. I will say, I was a little apprehensive about some of the reviews saying their mat kicked the bucket after a few months but I have had no issues whatsoever, and at this point if my mat were to break I would save up and buy another one for sure. I’d love to upgrade for a larger size one day. Anyway, LOOOOOOOOOVE MY AMETHYST MAT!!!!!!!!
Review: Healing - Love this pad! My daughter and granddaughter fight over it!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What does it mean when the controller is flashing bars ?**
A: Thank you for your support of PHYMAT Far Infrared Heating Pad.
When the controller flashes it means that the temperature inside the heating pad has reached the temperature you set and remains at that temperature.

**Q: How can I get a cover for 23"x16" mat?**
A: Personally I just use a blanket or mattress pad cover on mine. Even a sheet will work. I do not have mine set so high as to sweat like to detox. If that is your plan I would use a waterproof twin mattress pad cover you can pull off and wash.

**Q: How long is the cord?**
A: Hi Jack, there are two cords that connect to the main control. One cord that plugs into the wall is 42" apprx. The other cord from the controller plugs into the bed and is about 24". Short cords, I used an extension to plug into the wall. hope this helps.
