To create Let's Do Organic Non-Dairy Heavy Coconut Cream, we press fresh organic coconuts with just a little filtered water to achieve the premium taste of 30% coconut fat. A delicious indulgence, Heavy Coconut Cream is excellent in coffee, soups, sauces, desserts and more. Without guar or other additives, separation of Heavy Coconut Cream is normal. To reverse separation, place the can in a bowl of hot water. As cream warms and solids soften, stir it well to restore its smooth consistency.

Review: Good aroma, creamy, high levels of good fats - Best coconut cream. You don't need to use much, and due to its high amounts of oil, you don't have to add oil when cooiking things like rice. Best aroma. I wish it was less expensive. It's about $5/can. Would recommend for use with any dishes that can use coconut cream, can be used to substitute animal milk in foods like cramy chicken dishes, ice cream, and so forth. Very good for vegans.

So, you're on this new adventure with being fat adapted, which means that instead of your body & brain wanting sugar/carbs that turn into glucose/glycogen...you burn both sugars AND fats. So, how can this help? Well, read on... As YOU can see in the photo...this heavy coconut cream is thick! Much thicker than the Thai coconut used only for soups...yummy there. I just pulled this out of the refrigerator and it is like loose jello before it has fully hardened. You can see the indentation still on the surface from my spoons scoop. And in the photo you see my Saturday morning HEAVEN. There is the metal coffee drip filter which I used with a doubled coffee filter which had been rinsed with ordinary tap water to remove paper flavors...so, you see a 3 day cold brewed French Roast fine grind coffee slider that has NO BITTERNESS & IT IS NATURALLY SWEET TOO. 2 TABLE of Heavy Coconut Cream...and today stronger Vietnamese rather than Madagascar cinnamon sitting right on top of my coffee. Then, my home grown limes which I tested with a MICROPLANE wonder. This zest adds a subtle brightness to my cup of Joe! Peruvian organic cacao sits on the left glass jar...none today. On the right are salt from Maldon in the UK and a Japanese seaweed salt in which each grain seems to be "handmade" from the inland seas...magical. But I digress! The coconut flavor is spectacular! In case you didn't get it, it's simply out of this world! Does it taste like raw coconut? Well, actually it tastes like heavy cow's cream which sat in a mound of fresh coconut pulp overnight. If someone didn't tell you there's no dairy and that there is coconut...YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY MISS IT COMPLETELY. Again, just a slight hint of coconut. As YOU stir it...it gently evenly mixes with my cold coffee. Recall, this keto friendly coffee has NO BITTERNESS because I brewed it without the heat which pulls out the acidic oils that are bitter! **Q: Tell me the price for one can is a mistake!!?**
A: I can buy a case for $44.42.  That's 3.90 per can. There's no way I would pay ripoff prices for this product. I find it sad that Amazon allows this kind of price gouging, but then Amazon is getting way too big.

**Q: How many cans are offered? What's the quantity?**
A: One can for $4.50

**Q: What's the difference between original and new versions?**
A: never seen the other version...but this one is pure and tastes good, I use it in Keto Coffee.

**Q: How can 1 can be $4.49 and two cans are $75?**
A: I see that a lot & Amazon would have us believe that it is because of 2 different sellers. But who would do the 2pack for $75 instead of 2 cans of the other price. Apparently there are people out there that would. Right now the price is 10-12 for 1 can...insane

Best coconut cream. You don't need to use much, and due to its high amounts of oil, you don't have to add oil when cooiking things like rice. Best aroma. I wish it was less expensive. It's about $5/can. Would recommend for use with any dishes that can use coconut cream, can be used to substitute animal milk in foods like cramy chicken dishes, ice cream, and so forth. i let it get cold and use it to make ice-cream with frozen fruit but you can also use it to make whipped cream of course! and im sure there are so many other creative things you could do with it too! it naturally has a slight sweet taste but if you want it sweeter use honey, date syrup, or stevia to get how you want it...highly recommend! 💯😋
