The method of dispersing is aerosol. The answer could become more complex if you start talking about gross weights and net weights and how much is actual product and how much is propellant. The can I have states net wt 12 oz so it should be 12 oz of product. The propellant would be included in the gross weight but that is not stated on the can. It is a good amount. I have cleaned my firearms many times with this can and it’s still at least 1/2 full. I use sparingly as it seems a little goes a long way. I like it. Hope that helps. **Q: does it have a strong odor?** A: Our product doesn't have a strong odor **Q: Does it work for p80 Glocks.** A: I don't own a Glock. I own an AR-15.
