Simply place your member in the microchamber and, wa-la! Results you can get funky with. -I did have trouble putting my full member there because it's only the micro model and not the macro, but in the end, it all fit, albeit a bit snugly.I only gave it 3 stars because it doesn't warm to the touch, and it doesn't have 5 chambers, only 4. One more chamber and wild horses couldn't keep me away. I'm not sure that it's a kitchen appliance, but I won't tell if you don't.Side note: It looks as if this is the model manufactured right after the one they used in Napoleon Dynamite.
